When I was a kid I used to call my dad "Lulu", don't ask us why because that still remains a mystery. Despite the enigma surrounding its genesis, my father consistently fostered a love for reading and creativity in my brother and me. One cherished memory stands out: the year I triumphed in an elementary school reading challenge, earning the coveted prize of a Frederick Keys baseball game with my dad by my side.

So anyways, this is my dad and he is my inspiration behind Lulu's Book Club. May we all continue to chase the high of scholastic bookfairs, summer nights and baseball games with dad.
